Title: CAS - Subscriber Review

Broadcast content:

Dear CAS subscriber,

We are reviewing the Central Alerting System (CAS) subscriber database to ensure that contact details remain current and that safety alerts continue to reach the appropriate people efficiently.

If you still wish to receive CAS alerts and this email address is current and valid, no further action is required.

If you no longer need to receive CAS alerts, please email the Safety Alerts mailbox, SafetyAlerts@mhra.gov.uk to request removal of your email address.  Please include the contact details and email that are to be removed.

Before requesting removal, please ensure that your organisation will continue to have at least one appropriate registered CAS user where a CAS registration is required for your organisation’s alert-compliance responsibilities.

Please note that if later, your CAS subscription needs to be reinstated, including where we receive a request from your organisation or Trust for you to be added back as a registered user, we will update our records accordingly and reinstate your access.

Thank you for helping us keep the CAS subscriber database accurate and up to date.

Kind regards,

Central Alerting Team
