This National Patient Safety Alert asks providers of NHS maternity care to review their systems to identify if the identified issues are present and, where appropriate, take steps to eliminate the risk. *13/12/2023: The alert pdf has been updated to correct the name of the Euroking software supplier to Magentus Maternity Software Limited.
