Potential serious risks to patient safety have been identified with the use of Magentus Software Limited’s Euroking maternity information system.

This National Patient Safety Alert asks providers of NHS maternity care to review their systems to identify if the identified issues are present and, where appropriate, take steps to eliminate the risk.
