the process for the management of National Patient Safety Alerts. This

Safety Partners, and Alert Originators. Please ensure that the
Designated Safety Executive/Board Member, Patient Safety Specialist, and those
involved in the governance of the National Patient Safety Alerts in your
organisation are aware of and support the implementation of this process.
