the process for the management of National Patient Safety Alerts. This
has been designed in conjunction with Patient Safety Specialists, Patient
Safety Partners, and Alert Originators.
Please ensure that the
Designated Safety Executive/Board Member, Patient Safety Specialist, and those
involved in the governance of the National Patient Safety Alerts in your
organisation are aware of and support the implementation of this process.
