Broadcast content: Accord Healthcare Limited is recalling a specific batch (X21343) as a precautionary measure due to the observation of precipitation in the solution in the same batch marketed in another country (Malta). No complaints or adverse reaction reports have been received by the company to date for the UK product.

Advice to healthcare professionals:
Stop supplying the affected batch immediately. Quarantine all remaining stock and return these to your supplier using your supplier's approved process.
